The individual patient is at the center of our care always. Your specific wishes and requirements and a comprehensive patient information are our top priorities in planning and carrying out any orthodontic treatment. We strive to provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which is helped by our modern, bright and cheerful practice rooms. Keeping waiting times for our patients as short as possible is also very important to us.

Beautiful, straight teeth positively affect self-confidence, personality and well-being, adding to an individual's overall appearance. A radiant smile is attractive and friendly and signals openness. Also, smiling and laughing is very healthy, contributing to a better quality of life.

On the other hand, missing teeth, crooked teeth or structural misalignments of the jaws increase the risk of caries or periodontal disease and TMJ problems. In the long run, problems and disorders in the temporomandibular system (like jaw and teeth misalignments) often lead to malfunction and pain in the cervical spine and jaw joints, resulting in headaches, tense muscles, etc.

In our orthodontic practice we use modern, gentle biocompatible high-tech materials, and our treatment is based on holistic orthopedic and functional principles. A gentle and biological orthodontic therapy is our topmost goal.

Our philosophy is to always offer the highest level of quality treatment and to avoid tooth extractions whenever possible, for example by using self-closing brackets and superelastic high-tech bows. Also, a fully developed quality management is a matter of course for us.

As a rule, with children and teens removable functional orthodontic braces (e.g. Bionator according to Balters ) are used prior to fixed braces (if they should be necessary at all).
